With his degree in Commerce now behind him, Zac seemed destined to become part of the team.  He came to us from two different angles! Not only had he spoken with Matthew Torney about joining the Muirfield team at a career event before his University graduation, but he sailed through an interview with our recruitment partners, not knowing that the position he had applied for was with Muirfield.

A child of Geelong, Zac has always been quite sporty and driven. He grew up playing Cricket and Football and took part in boxing and karate.  Most impressively, during his high school career, after his Grandfather was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer, he set out to raise money to donate to the cancer research. Along with a cousin, Zac walked over 400km over a span of 11 days from Drysdale Victoria to Tocumwal, NSW, and raising over $20,000 for the charity.  After high school, he was accepted into the Australian Defence Force and attended the Royal Military College of Duntroon where he undertook training to become an Australian Army Officer.

In his spare time, Zac can be found at the gym, supporting the Cats, or enjoying an evening out with friends.
