Zac has always had a drive to make a difference. Growing up in Geelong, he threw himself into sport — cricket, football, boxing, karate — but it was during high school that his determination really stood out. After his grandfather was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, Zac and his cousin walked more than 400km over 11 days, raising over $20,000 for cancer research. That sense of purpose and community has shaped his career ever since.

Today, Zac specialises in retirement planning and aged care advice. His passion for aged care shines through — he was named the winner of the 2024 Aged Care Excellence Award, a finalist for Aged Care Adviser of the Year in both 2023 and 2024, and helped design and run the Geelong Aged Care Expo, a free annual event that connects providers and families. Clients consistently highlight his ability to make the complex simple.

But it’s not all spreadsheets and strategy. Outside the office, Zac loves getting out into nature, hitting the gym, and practising European swordsmanship with the Barwon Academy of Arms. He enjoys board game nights with friends, building Lego creations, and supporting his beloved Geelong Cats. At home, life is happily shared with his partner CC and their two dogs — Otto the border collie and Nyx the German shepherd.

Zac also has a few quirks that clients often smile at — a love of op-shopping and bargain hunting, a coffee routine that starts with a simple long black, and a habit of buying more books than he has time to read.
