Courtney joined the Muirfield team in 2013 and quickly developed a rapport with our client base.  His warm manner and infectious personality allows clients to feel comfortable asking questions, safe in the knowledge they'll receive an authentic and qualified response.  Courtney advises clients on a broad range of topics and is the go-to-guy for technical queries on property , Superannuation and Centrelink.  Behind the scenes, Courtney is often the one with his head under the desk helping to resolve handyman tasks around the office.

Relatable and funny, he is a typical country boy. Courtney grew up on a farm just outside the country town of Benalla where the family farm remains.

He enjoys travelling overseas—though opportunities have been limited in recent times—socialising, staying active on his bike, playing golf, and working with his hands. Whether he's tinkering in the shed with his prized '72 Holden HQ Wagon or tending to the garden, he finds satisfaction in being constructive.

That said, the arrival of his first child, Lucy, has shifted his focus to more important matters.
